Dr. Creese is retired but I’m going to share my experience anyway. My visit 6 months ago went well, however when I received a phone call from the dentist to whom I had been transferred, I was informed my insurance wouldn’t be accepted. No problem, I scheduled an appointment with a different dentist for a cleaning. A week ago, I went in for my regular check up and my new dentist discovered a large cavity in one of my back teeth, something that Dr. Creese most certainly would have caught six months ago. He said nothing about it. With retirement coming before my next planned visit, maybe he just wanted to make it someone else’s problem. You would think that someone with decades of experience would still feel the responsibility to inform his PATIENT of something like this.

The dentist I wished I had my whole life. Great hygiene care with proactive encouragement finally got me to take proper care of my teeth, and Dr. Creese has guided my course of care to deal with small problems while emphasizing gum care as I get older. Great people and great views from the chair make every visit a pleasure.

Dr. Creese went "above and beyond", spending extra time preparing my molar for a new crown in order to provide a more cost-effective approach. He provided a detailed and honest explanation of the procedure and was pleasantly entertaining as well :D!
